Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive - Sales to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, presenting products and services to potential clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet or exceed revenue targets. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and Prospecting Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and update sales progress. 2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Present and demonstrate company products and services, effectively communicating value propositions. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. 3. Sales Process Management Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients in coordination with senior management. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. 4. Market Research and Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client insights. Identify new markets and potential product offerings to expand business reach. 5. Achieving Sales Targets Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and business development events.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
