We cater to B2C customers as well as B2B clients including travel agencies, corporates, and educational institutions.

Role Overview:-

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a mix of sales acumen, relationship management, and market insight to expand Visa2Flys footprint in the travel and visa assistance space.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Identify and develop new B2B partnerships with travel agencies, corporates, HR departments, and educational institutions.
- Drive B2C customer acquisition through targeted campaigns, collaborations, and referral programs.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and long-term agreements with partners.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to design customized offerings for different segments.
- Maintain CRM records, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Represent Visa2Fly at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.

Requirements:-

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking ability with corporate decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:-

- Knowledge of visa processes, international travel requirements, and travel industry dynamics.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to design and execute sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
