About the Job
We are looking for a sales-driven business development manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and manage key client relationships.
The role requires expertise in developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and executing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners- Identify new business opportunities and expand brand presence in target markets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign objectives with sales goals
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability of accounts
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports for management
- Drive brand visibility and ensure consistent positioning in line with company strategy
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and sales funnels
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
