Job Description Alliance Sales Manager | Location : Kolkata | Department : Retail Operations JOB SUMMARY This role is responsible for Handling Strategic partnerships and in-store activation/promotions to generate net revenue for the company at Regional level. - Deliver total alliance revenue Budget for EAST through identifying new opportunities for alliances/partnerships by maximum coverage of Brands/Companies across Verticals (B2B) & make them pulsing for net revenues for the company through SIS( Space), Branding(Assets) & Activations etc.(Non-Space) - Manage & Deliver 100% TA & Alliance Assets (Alliance Space, Cash Till related, Trolleys, Pillars, Travelletor etc.) - Handling existing & new vendors & strategic partners to retain existing & generate net revenue for the company - Raising Invoices to all vendors, for existing within 2nd of Every month ( in Advance) - Timely collection of Payments( within End of month) - 100% RO income is Prepay i.e. All rents, charges to be collected in advance before start of every month or any activity. 100% collection of TDS - Coordination with commercial department for revenue reports, payment collections and Amount Receivable(AR) - Income report - Monthly within 4th of every Month to Regional Commercial - Asset Inventory Tracker, Pipeline & Other required Data as required on specified timelines - Tracking availability of branding elements across stores - Coordination with legal department for agreements - Account Management with major Alliance partners - Accommodation of elements through PR & coordination across Store team & related functional dept. - Ensuring smooth implementation in terms of standards & timelines. - Tracking of booking status of all elements month wise Drive business through regional contacts - Competition benchmarking - Introduce new line of services that would be relevant & enhance shopping experience to our shoppers/ Target Group (TG) - To introduce new business models/activities/verticals that would drive long-term revenue.
