Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. The Service Manager will lead a team of technicians, manage service performance metrics, and implement best practices to enhance service quality.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage a team of service technicians and support staff, providing guidance and support where necessary.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve service quality and technical skills.
- Manage inventory of service parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in service management or related field, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of service operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
