We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the customer service field, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers. The role requires managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
