Head Sales Marketing - ChennaiPurpose of the Position - The entity is a manufacturer of retread materials From the manufacturing unit at Chennai the entity supplies and distributes the retreading materials all over India and export to few limited locations Presently this unit caters to the own outlets of the company and has a bigger ambitious plan to spread the market by reaching out customers all over India outside more predominantly where our own outlets in retreading are not there Taking ownership of the performance of the Business vertical in its growth margin improvements This position would deeply be involved in shaping the strategy and to reach the target for the business division Ideal Candidate Engineering graduates or MBA graduates with preferably 12 -15 plus years of experience from the same industry or industries where the business is from B2C B2B Should have exposure to national market or at least three zones with adequate experience in South Zone Should have good knowledge of Tyre business Should have good understanding of the trucking and transportation industry Should have good connect with organizes and unorganized customer base Should be willing to travel extensively across India for business and customer growth Should have experience in Preparing sales Marketing budget Should have good experience in stake holder Management Should have good understanding and experience of managing regulatory compliances and adherence Should have good experience in managing a team and ensures sub entities perform well in achieving the overall objective of the organization Should have good experience in MIS reporting
