Role Overview
The Head of Sales will drive revenue growth and execute robust sales strategies across global and India markets, for our AI-powered research and insights products. You will lead a high-performing sales team, and establish Entropik as the preferred partner for research teams, insights professionals, and marketing organizations seeking to transform their consumer understanding capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Entropik&aposs product portfolio: Insights Hub (research repository + AI copilot), Decode (consumer insights platform), Qatalyst (user research platform), and Focus (predictive creative AI)
- Participate directly in strategic enterprise deals and complex negotiations
- Drive pipeline development through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion, targeting key buyer personas including Chief Insights Officers, Research Operations Managers, Head of Consumer Insights, UX Research Leaders, and Brand Marketing Directors
- Own revenue targets and growth metrics across North America, APAC and India markets
- Lead and scale a sales team of 8-12 professionals across multiple geographies.
- Own pricing strategies for both platform subscriptions and professional services offerings
- Establish rigorous sales operations including pipeline reviews, deal coaching, forecasting and performance management.
- Build relationships with industry influencers, research associations, and key enterprise accounts
- Track and optimize key metrics: sales cycle duration, conversion rates, average deal size, customer acquisition cost and pipeline velocity.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Professional Services and Customer Success teams and provide market feedback to stay abreast of product positioning strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 5 years leading sales teams of 5+ people, preferably in SaaS or analytics technology.
- Proven success selling research, insights, or analytics solutions to North American and APAC markets, familiar with buyer personas like Chief Insights Officers and Research Ops Managers.
- Expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-18 months) with a track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-growing tech companies.
- Strong understanding of research and insights industry workflows, methodologies, and technology platforms.
- Proficient with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot), sales forecasting, pipeline management, and subscription revenue optimization.
- Excellent communicator and leader, able to engage C-level executives and collaborate cross-functionally while building trusted client relationships.
