Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in Telecom Sales The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales team management and successfully handling C-level clients across India This role requires strategic thinking excellent leadership and the ability to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and leading a high-performing sales team Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business objectives - Identify and target new business opportunities within the telecom sector - Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients across pan India - Lead mentor and manage a team of sales professionals ensuring high levels of motivation and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized telecom solutions - Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting negotiating and closing deals - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities - Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA preferred - 5 years of proven experience in telecom B2B sales - Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams - Strong experience in handling pan India C-level clients - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to travel across India as required - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills ref updazz com
