Corporate Sales Manager – B2B

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and manage our B2B jewelry sales vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing key corporate accounts within the jewelry sector. This role demands strong industry knowledge, relationship -building skills, and a strategic sales approach to drive revenue growth and long -term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients in the jewelry industry. Manage the end -to -end sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals and further coordination with production team for timely delivery. Build and maintain strong, long -term relationships with decision -makers and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and continuously expand the corporate client base. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor bench marking to stay ahead of industry trends. Achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings as required. Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry. Proven track record of managing large corporate accounts and achieving sales targets. Strong network and understanding of the jewelry industry supply chain and buyer behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a customer -centric mindset and business acumen. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
