Job Overview The Corporate Sales Executive role at Nexus Jobs is a full-time position based in Jaipur. We are seeking a junior-level professional with 1 to 3 years of work experience. This role requires an individual capable of driving B2B sales, solution selling, and lead generation to expand our service reach and foster sustainable growth. Qualifications and Skills - Proven experience in lead generation, capable of identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities through various channels. - Demonstrated excellence in solution selling, with the ability to tailor services to meet clients specific needs and requirements. - Experience in B2B sales (Mandatory skill), with a proven track record in corporate and industrial sectors. - Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients. - Strong negotiation skills necessary to close deals and achieve sales targets in a competitive market. - Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, working with different departments to achieve alignment on sales strategies. - Expertise in Customer Relationship Management systems to maintain and enhance client relationships. - Competency in prospecting, identifying new business opportunities, and developing them into successful partnerships. Roles and Responsibilities - Drive corporate sales by identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities within a specified timeframe. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and expand client base. - Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Nexus Jobs services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client requirements. - Engage in proactive lead generation activities to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
