The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the hospitality sector. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for potential clients, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, planning and executing sales strategies, and negotiating business deals. The BDM will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales within the hospitality industry - Strong skills in Market Research, Prospecting, and Negotiation - Proficiency in Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Account Management - Experience with Hospitality Management or related fields is highly beneficial - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Familiarity with the Kochi hospitality market is an advantage
