Job Description Job Title: Business Development Associate Experience: 6+ months Location: Kochi Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into successful admissions. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in sales, client engagement, or lead generation who are eager to contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals. - Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions aligned with the organization's offerings. - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system. - Achieve monthly targets for admissions and contribute to overall business growth. - Collaborate with the team to plan and implement business development strategies. - Provide timely updates to management on performance metrics and market trends. - Support marketing initiatives to promote services and drive awareness. Incentive/Performance Structure: - The role offers a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives. - Incentives are awarded based on the number of admissions generated, aligned with the company's incentive policy. - Incentives are reimbursed upon confirmation of the client/student's initial month payment. - The incentive structure is valid for a period of three months and shall be reviewed and revised thereafter based on performance evaluation. Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting goals. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus. - High level of professionalism and integrity.
