The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client needs, creating tailored business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Collaboration with internal teams to align on client strategies and goals is also expected. Qualifications - Proficiency in Account Management and strong skills in managing and nurturing key accounts - Analytical Skills to evaluate client needs, business trends, and opportunities for account growth - Experience with Business Planning and developing strategies for account expansion and satisfaction - Excellence in Customer Service for building and maintaining lasting client relationships - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Previous experience in account management or sales is a plus
