
Sales/Business Development Role

- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in core areas such as: o Microsoft Solutions, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, ERP Systems, Licensed Software, Cyber Security, Cloud Hosting, and IT Infrastructure
- Engage with clients across sectors (Manufacturing, Education, Corporates) to understand their technology needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and solution demos.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on recurring and long-term engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Oversee full sales lifecycle including lead generation, deal closure, and payment follow-ups.
Products & Solutions You Will Represent:
- Licensed Software: Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, AutoCAD, CRM, ITSM, Accounting Tools, Security Software
- Cyber Security: Firewall, VPNs, Endpoint Protection, Anti-virus, Anti-spam solutions
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud Consulting, Server Hosting, Backup Systems, Server Co-location
- IT Infrastructure: Network Switches, Desktops, Laptops, Servers, UPS, and other backup devices
- Managed Services: Deployment support, 24x7 maintenance, strategic IT transformation consulting
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in IT/Software Sales
- Lead generation and client acquisition expertise
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute sales plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capable of managing the full sales cycle
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Compensation Structure:
- 60% Fixed Pay
- 40% Variable Pay - Based on performance, targets, and revenue contribution
- Variable component will be released quarterly upon achievement of defined KPIs
