
Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, etc.)
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients
- Reach out to prospective clients and present company services/products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to meet client needs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain updated records of all leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus
- Good understanding of the industry/market you're working in
