We are looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Executive who specialises in paid digital campaigns, SEO, and direct marketing strategies. This role is crucial in driving our lead generation and brand visibility through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO strategies, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to drive quality leads and conversions.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimise creatives for maximum ROI.
- A/B test campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

SEO & Website Optimization

- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and improve search rankings.
- Work with the content team to implement SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting leads, prospects, and existing residents.
- Develop and run WhatsApp campaigns to engage potential customers and increase conversions.
- Segment audiences and personalise messaging for better engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Generate insights and create detailed reports on ad performance, SEO improvements, and direct marketing effectiveness.
- Suggest data-driven improvements for continuous campaign optimisation.

What We're Looking For:

2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, and direct marketing.

Strong expertise in Google Ads (PPC, Display, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

Proven experience in SEO strategies, keyword research, and website optimisation.

Hands-on experience with email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and constantly looks for optimisation opportunities.
