Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in our growth team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Google, Facebook, and Instagram channels for performance marketing
  • Creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns on various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Innovating new campaign ideas and sharing them with the team
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to develop high-performing marketing campaigns optimized for user acquisition, conversion, relevance, and customer preferences
  • Working closely with team leads to create and drive strategy with prioritized initiatives to deliver highest returns on performance marketing spends
  • Tracking and measuring campaign-level, ad-set-level, and ad-level performance, providing actionable insights
  • Driving and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per install (CPI), etc., on a daily basis and preparing performance reports
  • Acquiring insights into online marketing trends, best practices, and keeping strategies up-to-date
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modifying activity, and notifying stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans

Required Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively
  • Basic knowledge in performance marketing
  • Experience running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences

Excellent digital marketing skills and creative thinking are essential. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
