Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other digital platforms to drive conversions.
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and use data insights to optimize ad performance.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies for better ad targeting and personalization.
  • Work on search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, including Google Search, Display, and Shopping Ads.
  • Optimize performance marketing strategies for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging ad copies and visuals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new marketing tools to drive innovation.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in D2C marketing, e-commerce, or FMCG industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and drive measurable results.
