Role Description
Lead and manage a team of performance marketers to execute strategic campaigns for Codive's pilot programs.
Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies for K-12 edtech programs, focusing on engagement and lead generation.
Plan and manage a marketing budget of 1 crore INR or more, ensuring maximum ROI.
Collaborate directly with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with Codive's broader business goals.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams, including program development and creative, as well as external partners, for seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on edtech, K-12 programs, or related fields.
Proven expertise in managing marketing budgets of 1 crore INR or higher.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
Immediate joiners are preferred, as our pilot programs are set to launch soon.
