Description
We are seeking a Regional Alliance Manager for the Western region of India with 5-10 years of experience in the job market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances with partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and develop strategic partnerships with potential partners in the Western region of India.
- Manage existing partnerships and ensure that they are delivering on agreed-upon targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint value propositions, marketing plans and sales strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on partnership performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and manage any potential conflicts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales in the Western region of India.
- Proven track record in developing and managing partnerships that have resulted in business growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Western region of India.
