Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Regional Head for the West Region located in Mumbai.

- The Regional Head will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of regional targets.

- Daily tasks include strategic planning, team management, financial analysis, client acquisition, and fostering partnerships.

- The Regional Head will collaborate closely with various departments to align regional strategies with company Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proven experience in financial services, investment banking, or wealth management.

- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

- Analytical skills for financial analysis and strategic planning.

- Ability to drive business growth and achieve regional targets.

- Knowledge of the financial markets and regulatory environment in India.

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- An MBA or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.

- Experience working in Mumbai or familiarity with the West Region market is a plus.
