
Client Alliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alliance Development:
Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with financial institutions, fintech platforms, wealth managers, and other strategic partners.
Build and implement collaborative go-to-market strategies with partners to drive business goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary relationship manager for high-value institutional clients and alliance partners.
Conduct regular reviews and performance meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Revenue & Growth Enablement:
Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in collaboration with partners.
Monitor partner performance and contribution to business growth.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
Liaise with product, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
Facilitate partner onboarding, training, and support.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership models in stock broking and financial services.
- Prepare and present reports on alliance performance and KPIs to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 35 years of experience in alliance management, institutional sales, or relationship management within stock broking, BFSI, or fintech sectors.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and investment products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with brokerage APIs, partner onboarding platforms, and digital engagement tools.
- Proven experience working with RIAs, sub-brokers, or investment advisors.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving growth targets through alliances.
