Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B and channel sales of laptop batteries across South India.
- Identify, onboard, and manage IT hardware distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and support teams to ensure timely deliveries and post-sales support.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
- 3-8 years of experience in IT hardware sales, preferably laptop components/accessories.
- Strong network of channel partners in South India.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
