Job Description ***Attention Navi Mumbai - Biggest Job Opportunity to work with the Number 1 Legacy Brand of India.*** _Urgent requirement for Real Estate Arm of the Most Reputed and Legacy Firm in India_ Job Location: Ghansoli Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales(AM)/ Manager Sales(SM)/ Senior Manager Sales(Sr SM) Salary: AM upto 11 LPA / SM upto 16 LPA / Sr SM upto 25 LPA Hike basis last drawn Day Shift: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m with 1 weekoff rotational during the weekday(1 Saturday in the entire month will be rostered as a week off) Role Overview The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, nurturing, and managing channel partners (brokers, agents, IPCs, distributors, and referral networks) to drive consistent lead generation and business growth. The role demands strong market understanding, relationship management, and execution capabilities to maximize channel contribution towards overall sales targets. Key Responsibilities Channel Development & Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners in assigned markets. Strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent engagement and business contribution. Conduct regular partner meetings, trainings, and engagement activities to drive mindshare and loyalty. Business Delivery Drive lead flow and booking volumes from the channel partner network to achieve assigned sales targets. Monitor performance of partners and implement corrective measures where required. Develop and execute sourcing strategies in line with project launches, campaigns, and market opportunities. Market Intelligence & Expansion Map the local broker/agent ecosystem and identify high-potential partners. Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sourcing strategies. Provide feedback from channel partners to internal teams for product, pricing, and policy improvements. Process & Compliance Ensure partners adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and compliance standards. Maintain accurate partner databases, MIS reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer relationship teams for smooth execution of campaigns. Key Skills & Competencies Strong network within the local broker/channel ecosystem. Excellent relationship management and influencing skills. Proven track record in channel partner sourcing and activation (real estate preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Analytical mindset with ability to track and drive performance metrics. High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
