**Sales & Telecalling Intern**

**GREAT MANAGER INSTITUTE, MUMBAI, INDIA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make 50 outbound calls per day to prospective clients and generate interest in our products/services.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers and potential clients, aiming to convert leads into appointments.
- Effectively communicate our offerings and value propositions to engage and convert prospects.
- Record call details and track interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and business development efforts.
- Maintain and update client database with relevant information gathered during calls.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest strategies for improving outreach efforts.
- Ensure follow-up calls are made when required to keep prospects engaged. Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to new and existing clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed and meet daily targets.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in sales or telecalling (preferred but not required).
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. **Who can apply**:
