Job profile: - Telecaller Intern

Job type: - Full time Internship

Location: - Work from home.

**Roles & Responsibilities of a Telecaller intern: -**
- Explaining the Customers about the Products & services offered by the Company.
- Answer all the calls received by the Customers of our Company.
- Contact all the customers including the Customers of our company including Existing Customers and Prospective Customers.
- Obtain a detailed & relevant information of the customer which is required.
- Understand the needs & specifications of the customers by listening carefully during the calls with the customers.
- All the queries which will be related to products & services should be resolved.
- keep a record of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Take & process all the orders received from the customers in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggest the best solutions for the Customer's needs & requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills Required: -**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
