The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), introducing them to Isprava’s portfolio of luxury properties and generating interest in our projects.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about Isprava’s premium real estate projects.- Engage with HNIs professionally, understanding their preferences and requirements.- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings, property visits, and further engagement.- Support the marketing and sales teams in client communication initiatives.- Provide feedback and insights on client interactions to improve outreach strategies.Requirements- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability.- Confidence when conversing with high-profile clients.- Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven attitude.- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the luxury real estate domain.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (students or recent graduates are welcome).- Immediate joiner preferred.Internship Details- Location: (Insert city/office location if applicable)- Duration: 6 months- Stipend: As per industry standards- Work Mode: (Specify – On-site/Hybrid/Remote)Job Location: WadalaWorking Days and Time: 5 Days | 10:00 AM to 6:30 PMThis role is open to freshers (Graduates only).
