Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of proven sales experience in IT Staff Augmentation or IT Services industry.
- Strong understanding of BFSI Service industry.
- Deep network across Technology leaders, HR, and Procurement heads in global organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven, with a consultative and relationship-first selling approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New client acquisitions – specifically Information Technology BFSI industry.
- Revenue growth from Staff Augmentation services
- Client satisfaction scores
- Average deal size and win rate
- Pipeline health and conversion ratio
