KAE is fully responsible for Sales Plan of a month & its execution.
KAE needs to tap Payments across all Key accounts & needs to report the same scenario of payments update to HO/Seniors/Head.
All the off roll staff i.e. Sales Promoters, Floaters, etc needs to be managed by the KAE fully & he needs to look after their performance, attendance, etc in full zeal.
KAE in conclusion has to work like Business Head & needs to look after Sales, Payments, Logistics, Team management while keeping companys objectives in mind.
KAE needs to represent in the Key accounts for listing, mapping with full throttle. Products visibility needs to taken care by him for command MT Stores.
-Reporting to be done by KAE as per the norms & nomenclature laid by the seniors
Candidate Profile
background in Modern Trade Sales with hands-on experience in Food/FMCG industry.
Prior exposure to Spices & Tea categories preferred.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills with ability to manage on-ground staff effectively.
Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented professional.
The candidate must be well-versed with the West Region Modern Trade market (based out of Mumbai) covering Mumbai, Pune, Thane and surrounding areas, with strong knowledge of key accounts, distributors, and regional MT chains.
