Business Development Manager

Job Description Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Role Summary & Core Focus We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to be the key driver of our agency's growth. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with SaaS and B2B technology companies. Success requires a deep understanding of the SaaS business model and how strategic digital marketing services (SEO, Content, PPC) solve their growth challenges. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new SaaS and Tech clients, ensuring alignment with agency revenue targets. End-to-End Sales: Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting (cold outreach, social selling, networking) and qualification to presenting customized proposals and successfully closing deals. Consultative Selling: Understand client growth objectives and collaborate with internal teams (Strategy, Marketing) to position and present the agency's value proposition clearly. Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline using CRM software and provide regular performance forecasts. Qualifications - Experience: 4+ years in B2B Business Development or Sales, specifically within the SaaS, Technology, or Digital Marketing agency sector. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
