Date Energy, established in 2016 in Pune, provides tailored solar power solutions to meet clients needs. We aim to help individuals and businesses reduce their electricity bills through efficient solar energy systems. Additionally, we offer power backup systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply during outages, and provide annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for solar power plants.

Position: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EPC Solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of solar EPC solutions and a proven track record in B2B solar sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify and acquire new clients for solar EPC projects
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and mentor the sales team to meet KPIs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, and project management)
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the solar or renewable energy sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong knowledge of solar EPC solutions and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
