Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with businesses across industries. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills, a deep understanding of trade/barter models, and the ability to translate opportunities into measurable growth. Key Responsibilities - Identify and engage potential clients across FMCG, media, retail, hospitality, and service sectors. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, research, and outreach. - Develop and present customized barter/exchange solutions to clients. - Negotiate deals, structure barter arrangements, and ensure win-win outcomes. - Collaborate with internal teams for deal execution, documentation, and fulfillment. - Track performance metrics, report key results, and optimize conversion rates. - Represent Network4Barter at industry events, networking meets, and trade forums. - Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and business innovation practices. Key Skills & Competencies - Proven experience in B2B Sales / Partnerships / Corporate Alliances / Media Barter / Trade Exchange. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to design creative barter-based deal structures. - High degree of ownership, integrity, and result orientation. - Comfort with CRM tools, business communication platforms, and reporting dashboards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 45 years of experience in business development, preferably in barter, media, advertising, FMCG, or trade exchange domains. - Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
