JOB TITLE :TENDER / BIDDING SENIOR EXECUTIVE The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process , ensuring compliance with company policies , and coordinating with various departments to deliver successful tender submissions. Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end tender process , including preparation, submission , and follow-up. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation. • Ensure all tender documents are completed accurately and submitted on time. • Monitor tender portals and identify new opportunities. • Maintain and update tender databases and records. • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify tender requirements. • Review and analyze tender results to improve future submissions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in tender administration or similar roles. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and excel. • Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities. Key Skills Required: In-depth understanding of civil engineering drawings, BOQs, and contract specifications. Proficiency in tendering platforms like CPPP, GEM, MSTC, E-Tendering Portals, etc. Strong knowledge of estimation, rate analysis, and pricing. Good communication and documentation skills in English. Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD (basic), and costing software. Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
