Job Description Job Description Fulminous Software is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT services sector, particularly in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy execution. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our web, mobile, and software development services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and networking. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for IT services including mobile apps, websites, custom software, and emerging tech solutions. Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions in line with company capabilities. Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals successfully. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Preferred Skills: Proven experience in B2B IT sales, lead generation, and client communication. Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team with a result-oriented mindset.
