Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions in line with company capabilities. Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals successfully. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Preferred Skills: Proven experience in B2B IT sales, lead generation, and client communication. Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
