Role Overview We're seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Manager with a solid background in agency sales to lead client acquisition and drive revenue growth. You will strategically target decision-makers like CMOs, brand heads, and procurement leads across key industries including F&B, automotive, insurance, fintech, jewelry, lifestyle, and events. This role demands a smart outreach approachno mass email blastsjust thoughtful engagement that converts. Key Responsibilities Build high-quality, intent-based prospect lists via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools Create and execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns (Email + LinkedIn) Drive lead generation and nurture qualified opportunities to discovery and pitch stages Build lasting relationships with decision-makers in India, Europe, USA, and Dubai Re-engage cold leads strategically to reinitiate conversations Track all outreach activity and pipeline updates on CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Copper, Pipedrive) Represent Witty Adverts professionally on platforms like LinkedIn Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a creative, production, or digital agency environment Proven track record of closing deals with senior marketing and procurement stakeholders Exceptional communication skills written and spoken English (global tone adaptability a must) Strong research, targeting, and personalization capabilities Hands-on experience with outreach tools like Mailshake, Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, etc. Ability to confidently pitch creative and strategic services, positioning value beyond pricing Comfortable working with a Delhi-based HQ while managing international prospects Bonus Skills (Preferred) Exposure to our focus verticals: F&B, Auto, Insurance, Fintech, Jewelry, Clothing, Lifestyle, Events International sales experience (especially in Europe, US, Dubai markets) Strong personal LinkedIn presence and ability to network digitally To Apply: Send your CV and a brief note on your most successful sales experience to [Confidential Information] with subject line: B2B Sales Manager Application
