Brand Lead – Fragrance Division (Full-Time) Location: Gurgaon / Hybrid Experience: 8–10 years | Industry: Beauty / Fragrance / D2C / Lifestyle About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic, business-focused Brand Lead to launch and scale our new-age fragrance brand in India. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who loves building brands from the ground up, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of the Indian beauty & lifestyle landscape. You’ll be responsible for driving the end-to-end brand strategy, business growth, and P&L — across both online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the fragrance brand. - Define brand identity, positioning, communication, and consumer experience. - Drive sales and profitability across D2C, marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart), and modern trade. - Build brand awareness through 360° marketing — digital, influencer, PR, and retail activations. - Manage partnerships with creative, media, and retail collaborators. - Lead cross-functional coordination with R&D, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution. - Build and mentor a small, high-performing team as the brand scales. About You - 8–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or business leadership within beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or FMCG. - Proven track record in launching or scaling a D2C or consumer brand in India. - Deep understanding of Gen Z and millennial consumers, digital marketing, and emerging retail trends. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong creative instincts and analytical thinking. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
