About the Role
We are seeking a
results-driven Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and manage online marketing campaigns, handle CRM systems, and strengthen our company's digital presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube) while maintaining and nurturing customer relationships through CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Ad Campaigns
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), YouTube, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, lead generation, CTR, and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
2. CRM Management
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Segment customer databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Track interactions, nurture leads, and support conversion into business opportunities.
3. Digital Promotion & Branding
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility across digital channels.
- Manage company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate with designers/content teams to create engaging campaign content.
4. Website & SEO Support
Work with developers for website updates and improvements.
- Support basic SEO practices: on-page optimization, keyword planning, and link monitoring.
- Use Google Analytics/Search Console to monitor website performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta (Facebook Blueprint).
- Basic design knowledge (Canva or similar tools).
- Familiarity with SEO tools .
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing.
Role & Responsibilities:
To drive impactful digital campaigns, manage CRM systems, and contribute to the overall growth of the company's online presence.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
A motivated digital marketer with a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and analytical mindset, eager to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
