**Job Brief**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer & Illustrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that align with our brand's identity and meet the needs of our clients and marketing teams. From logos to packaging and promotional materials, you will use your artistic skills to create compelling artwork, both digitally and by hand. Collaboration with clients and marketing teams is essential to ensure that your designs accurately reflect our brand's desired image and messaging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visual concepts and designs in line with the brand's identity and requirements of clients and marketing teams.
- Create artwork including logos, packaging, and promotional materials using computer software or by hand.
- Collaborate closely with clients and marketing teams to ensure designs accurately reflect the brand's desired image and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends, technologies, and techniques through research.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for review and feedback.
- Make revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback received.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Provide support and guidance to junior designers or assistants on the team.
- Participate actively in team meetings, providing input on design-related topics and projects.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a brand design or illustration role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration styles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but not required.
