Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Niphad. The representative will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining the company's high standards of customer support. Duties will include managing customer accounts, handling feedback, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer interactions. Qualifications - Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction - Familiarity with Customer Experience and ability to deliver human-centered service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Prior experience in a customer-focused role is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
