Role Purpose

We are seeking dynamic and outgoing individuals who can engage directly with potential customers, present our solar solutions convincingly, and creatively explore new ways to generate interest. While leads will be provided by the company, we value interns who bring fresh ideas, unique approaches, and the confidence to build trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit prospective customers using company-provided leads and present solar energy solutions in an engaging manner.
2. Understand customer needs, preferences, and concerns, and tailor your pitch accordingly.
3. Think creatively to identify additional potential customers beyond provided leads.
4. Clearly explain the cost savings, environmental benefits, and subsidy opportunities of going solar.
5. Maintain daily visit logs, feedback, and conversion reports.
6. Actively participate in local awareness activities, campaigns, and promotions.
7. Work closely with the internal team to share field insights and suggest sales strategy improvements.
8. Follow up with interested customers to ensure timely conversions.

Skills & Qualities Were Looking For

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read people, adapt messaging, and connect on a personal level.
- Confidence in meeting and engaging with new people.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with local travel in Hyderabad.

Stipend & Incentives

- 5,0007,000/month stipend (depending on background).
- Performance-based incentives for each closed deal.

Duration

- 6 months (full-time, field role). High performers will be offered a permanent role.
