
International Export Business Development Lead

The Export Sales Head will spearhead our barium sulphate business expansion in the USA and Middle East markets. This role involves driving strategic business development, high-value B2B sales, and international market leadership with a focus on oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, coatings, plastics, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export strategies for USA & Middle East markets
- Identify new opportunities in oil drilling, pharmaceuticals, coatings, and plastics industries
- Build long-term partnerships with oil companies, pharma firms, and chemical distributors
- Achieve revenue and margin growth targets
- Lead contract negotiations and manage large B2B sales cycles
- Oversee export documentation, compliance, logistics, and demand forecasting
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade shows
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of international sales/export management experience
- 7+ years in mining, minerals, chemicals, or related sectors
- Proven track record in USA and/or Middle East markets
- Knowledge of barium sulphate applications (oil & gas drilling fluids, pharma imaging, coatings, plastics)
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling large contracts
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering / Business / International Trade (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
