As an Export Sales Executive, you will be part of a team building, maintaining, and growing partnerships with international buyers by continuously proposing an assortment from our brand portfolio that meets their market demand. To do so, you will develop a keen understanding of your brand portfolio, product categories, and markets.

You'll be part of the Export Sales team, which requires trust, team spirit, a real passion for winning, and leadership.

  • Formulates sales and marketing strategies for the company's portfolio brands in the International markets.
  • Participates in setting up annual sales targets and marketing strategies for assigned countries.
  • Coordinates with all concerned pa rties to support and increase sales volumes in the international market.
  • Sets sales promotion activities and monitors and modifies marketing campaigns in their areas of responsibility.
  • Analyses business opportunities and identif ies and implements them for business growth.
  • Cultivates closed relations with significant customers.
  • Develops business relationships with customers to acquire business information and support.
  • Establish and maintain an updated sales and marketing database.
  • Achieve pre-defined international sales targets.
  • Develop critical relationships with international customers.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements, your shoppers, brands, categories, and market
  • Adapting and optimizing country commercial and brand guidelines to your buyers
  • Negotiate contracts, promo plans, and innovations.
  • Preparing volume forecasts and plans
  • Resolve any issues and problems of your buyers and act as a link between your customers and the internal teams.

Qualification  

  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • Have an external focus and a real passion for international Sales / Marketing
  • Like to bring creativity and innovation to your work
  • Strong analytical thinking and skills
  • A Fresh graduate or having a maximum of 3 years of relevant Sales experience (preferably in FMCG)
  • Knowledge of the category they are working in. 
  • Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. 
  • Proactive, result-driven, and presentable. 
  • Able to work on his/her own as well as part of a team. 
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
