Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of goods across India, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the purchase team, warehouse staff, and transporters for smooth execution of logistics processes.
  • Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Co-ordinate with CHA's and freight forwarding agents, for smooth customs clearance and timely handover of containers at ports and ICD's.
  • Plan logistics activities to ensure minimum cost while maintaining high service levels.
  • Keep accurate records of all domestic logistics costs and assist in budgeting and cost management.
