We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead domestic and international sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B sales, relationship management, and market expansion—preferably within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or herbal extracts industries.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, trading houses, and direct clients.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth in key markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, logistics, production, R&D) to ensure smooth fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the organization at global and domestic trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and country-specific documentation requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical ingredients.
  • Strong background in handling international clients and managing business across multiple time zones is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
