Job Description Responsibilities: - Responsible for the sales and promotion of world-class American automation products designed specifically for the Indian market. - Conduct technical presentations for customers, perform detailed technical and business needs analysis, and recommend appropriate products. - Follow up on existing sales leads and generate new opportunities through telephone and email solicitation. - Execute direct sales to customers and provide necessary support to local distributors within the assigned marketing area. - Train distributor sales engineers on company products, applications, and sales techniques. - Reside within the assigned marketing area; the company has identified 75 marketing areas across India. - Travel extensively to customer accounts within the designated marketing area. - Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products and expand market presence. - Receive training in strategic selling skills, technical product knowledge, and participate in periodic training programs in the United States. Requirements: - Proven track record of significant sales achievements in technical or industrial products. - Strong aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts. - Aggressive, dynamic, and confident personality with excellent communication skills in English and local languages. - Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, capable of addressing both small and large groups. - Clear understanding of the sales process with eagerness to learn and apply strategic selling skills from global experts. - Strong communication and leadership qualities with the ability to build and maintain customer and distributor relationships.
