We are seeking a Customer Support Representative in India who will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a customer service role and will be dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Document and track customer interactions in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of support documentation and resources.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Basic knowledge of product features and functionality.
