KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To maintain a database of Contractors, Architects, Masons, etc, for enhancing Sales. To meet and deal with Dealers and manage them according to their requirements and needs. To maintain a healthy relationship with the Dealers and Retailers. To appoint new dealers and retailers and encourage them to increase their sales. To improve the sales through our channel partners like dealers and retailers, and also make different marketing strategies & do some creative work for pushing up the sales. Finding out about some premium projects, like premium housing and other related projects. Dealing with the project from specification generation till final closure of the Sales for the specification meeting with the architect, the Developer is involved in the related project. SKILLS REQUIRED Solid technical background in Cement, Steel, Construction, and Building material Industries. Sound Judgment and Good Business Sense. Ability to Build Relationships with Clients Quickly. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Relevant experience in corporate sales.
