Job Description SAP FICO Tester (26 Years) Remote (India) Company: Total Shift Left Total Shift Left is a fast-growing technology company revolutionizing Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and enterprise application testing through a Shift-Left, automation-first approach. We help clients deliver high-quality SAP releases faster by combining deep domain expertise with modern testing practices. We are expanding our SAP QA Practice and are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Tester to join our team. What You Will Do - Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for SAP FICO (FI + CO modules). - Validate end-to-end processes across: - FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, Period-End - CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing - Review functional/technical specs and convert them into detailed test cases. - Validate cross-module integrations (FICOMM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.). - Manage the entire defect lifecycle using JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. - Perform impact analysis for change requests, enhancements, and S/4HANA upgrades. - Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and automation engineers to drive Shift-Left testing. - Identify test scenarios suitable for SAP automation initiatives. What We're Looking For - 26 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO testing. - Strong understanding of FI submodules (GL, AR/AP, AA, Banking, Tax, Closing) and CO submodules (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA, Product Costing). - Good understanding of SAP data flows, financial postings, and CO allocations. - Experience creating test cases, test data, execution logs, and traceability. - Clear understanding of integration touchpoints across SAP modules. - Ability to read and interpret FS/BRD/Configuration documents. - Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Nice to Have - Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Universal Journal, new asset accounting, margin analysis). - Exposure to SAP automation tools (TOSCA, Tricentis, Worksoft, Leapwork, UIPath). - Basic functional understanding of MM/SD/PP flows. - API testing familiarity (Postman, REST tools). - Knowledge of automation-first or CI/CD-driven testing approaches.
