Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in tax-related configurations and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions with a focus on GST, VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory tax requirements across various geographies.Key Responsibilities : - Configure and support SAP FICO modules, especially in areas related to taxation (GST, VAT, WHT, etc.).- Design and implement tax procedures using SAP standard and custom tax codes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tax postings and reporting.- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for tax-related configurations.Role Requirements and Qualifications : - 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Desired/ Secondary skills : - Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to tax.- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.- Provide end-user training and documentation for tax processes.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tax calculations, reporting, and integration with third-party systems.
